Since 5.45, they finally purchased (at apparent great expense) a legit cert from Microsoft so should no longer receive the false positives.
Prior to 5.45, the opensource version of SBIE was using a rogue cert (for lack of a better term) that caused a lot of false positive mal-ware issues.
